Managed the lifecycle of laboratory equipment
for the UK lab in compliance with ISO 17025 standards, including procurement,
maintenance, calibration, and end-of-life disposal. Developed a new equipment
management procedure and record templates, currently under implementation.
Quality Assurance & Internal Audits
Served as the Quality Lead and Internal Auditor,
ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards. Conducted 3 internal audits and
led continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high-quality standards.
Equipment Supplier & Vendor Liaison
Acted as the primary point of contact for all
equipment-related matters in the UK lab. Managed relationships with external
suppliers, overseeing warranty issues, contracts, IQOQ, calibration, service,
and repair coordination.
